| It’s a well known fact that great projects are run by great teams not great processes but finding great Project Managers to help build your great team is a great problem. This will be one of the biggest challenges any project owner will face.Recruiting great staff is an art form and can only be developed through experience, tho you can get the ball rolling in the right direction by employing a rational model in your decision making. Regardless whether you are using PRINCE2 or another methodology you will need to clearly define your required qualities (obviously the more experienced the greater the cost) and design a recruitment process to suit it. |
