Implementing PRINCE2 templates can been challenging at times, especially if you’re new to PRINCE2 or working on a style of project you haven’t worked on before. So my first project for OnProjects.net is to create a professional set of Microsoft Word/Excel PRINCE2 templates which also contain helpful advice and considerations for completing the major sections within the template – all of which can be downloaded and used straight away.

I honestly hope this adds as much value to your project as it does to mine. I’ve not only found this as a useful resource to cut down the time required to create templates but also raises the quality of the documentation by educating your project team on the fly.

Obviously there are many different experiences so I’m very keen to use this forum to share them. I look forward to hearing from you.

Note: I’ve also created templates for products that are found in other documents (eg Project Approach which is documented in the PID) to cater for large scale projects involving delegation of product development to multiple project planning staff.
