Hi Antonia, Thanks for your feedback. its great to hear this is helpful. PRINCE2 itself doesn’t detail the stakeholder management process as it is only a Project Management methodology however the analysis done in SHM is a crucial input into the method as well as the general success of the project. All the best for your interview!

Very new to prince2 finding your information and templates very useful in helping me understand the principals of project management. I am preparing for an application/interview to head up a programme office team BSF initiative in local government.

Project managed previously but never put it into a formal framework as such.
